ABOUT THIS PROJECT
The Yuppie store chain, with an active presence in the market for 20 years, offers a wide range of products for happy children and satisfied parents.
The Challenge
Given that our client sells a huge variety of products across multiple stores in Northern Greece, we wanted to create an easy-to-use online store that would showcase each item in the best possible way, offering the ideal experience for visitors, while operating autonomously and saving time and effort for our client.
The Outcome
After carefully studying the needs of our client and designing the layout in detail, we proceeded to create a custom e-shop that has it all:
- A user-friendly design based on the latest UI/UX trends, ensuring accessibility from both computers and mobile devices. The visitor enjoys the ideal customer journey, easily finds the product they’re looking for, and quickly completes their purchase in just a few steps.
- Full automation of processes through complete integration of the e-shop with the client’s business management system, allowing the e-shop to operate autonomously and generate profits without our client spending valuable time on daily technical procedures.
- Real-time inventory control for over 20,000 products at all of the client’s sales points as well as their central warehouse. Visitors can see the product availability at each store in real-time. This prevents phantom orders without stock and saves time spent on order cancellations, while also increasing the business’s reliability.
All of this in a fast e-shop that works flawlessly even during peak periods with thousands of visitors per day, such as Christmas or the beginning of the school year.
