ABOUT THIS PROJECT
Raptopoulos SA, one of the leaders in the furniture materials trade in Greece, entrusted our team and the wefia platform to create the largest Greek B2B e-shop in the furniture materials sector. With our experience and passion for digital innovation, we aimed to provide a platform that encourages easy navigation, precise ordering, and immediate access to product information.
The Challenge
With such a wide range of products available in multiple measurement units, our main challenge was to create an online store that is both functional and visually appealing. We wanted to offer visitors an unparalleled browsing experience, where they can get detailed and clear product information. At the same time, we wanted the e-shop to operate autonomously, simplifying processes for our client while ensuring the efficiency of the wefia platform.
The Result
Based on the needs of Raptopoulos SA and our expertise, we successfully implemented:

  • Modern B2B E-shop: Our wefia platform is designed for today’s professionals, offering a powerful and modern online store. The fully asynchronous integration with the SoftOne ERP system ensures seamless operation and real-time data updates.
  • Online Pricing Policies: In the B2B e-shop we developed, one of the key personalization pillars is the immediate display of pricing policies for each business customer. When a professional logs into the e-shop, they can see the prices corresponding to their assigned pricing policy within the ERP system. This simplifies transactions for professionals by providing a transparent and personalized view of their applicable prices.
  • Integrated Reports from SoftOne ERP: The e-shop integrates multiple reports from the SoftOne ERP, providing valuable insights both for the company’s sales team, who need real-time information on their customers, and for the customers themselves, who want to track their purchase history.
  • Multiple Measurement Units: Supports various measurement units (rolls, meters, centimeters, pieces) and includes mechanisms that prevent orders with incorrect quantities that could disrupt the company’s production by creating waste in raw materials.
  • Live Inventory Availability: The e-shop provides real-time stock information, both for final products sold in units and for raw materials from which these products are made.
  • Order Creation from Excel: To enhance user convenience, we offer the ability to create orders directly from Excel files, making bulk ordering much easier.
  • Frequent Purchases: Facilitates B2B users by providing an updated list of frequently purchased items, not only from the e-shop but also through phone orders or direct sales. This allows them to quickly repeat previous purchases or easily find past order codes.
  • Multilingual Support & Accessibility: The B2B e-shop we developed is designed to support multiple languages, initially available in English. This allows the client to expand into international markets and adapt the e-shop according to the linguistic needs of its users. Additionally, the platform is fully accessible for people with disabilities (PWD), ensuring a pleasant and comfortable experience for all visitors.
