When it comes to experience and tradition, Gramtoys stands out as one of the most distinctive brands in the Greek market. With the support and history of the company D. Grammatikis & Co. since 1969, Gramtoys offers a unique range of products that covers all needs, from toys to seasonal items.
The challenge for us as an agency was to represent this rich history and the wide range of products in a modern and functional B2B eshop. Our goal was to provide a pleasant browsing experience for users while promoting the high-quality products of Gramtoys to its audience.
By investing in advanced features and innovative technologies, we succeeded in developing an eshop that meets the modern demands of the market while highlighting Gramtoys’ core values: quality, diversity, and professionalism.

The Challenge
With the aim of hosting a wide range of products such as toys, school supplies, baby items, party goods, and much more, creating a B2B Eshop for Gramtoys presented a particularly demanding challenge. Furthermore, customers needed to be able to register and gain access to exclusive prices and offers that would help boost their business activities. Having deeply understood Gramtoys’ needs, we proceeded with the development of an Eshop that reflects the following:
- Complex Pricing Policy: We dynamically implemented the client’s complex pricing policy based on ERP data. Multiple dynamic catalogs that change based on customer category, product type, unit of measure, and batch. Prices are calculated live on the site, considering all of the above data, allowing customers to order their true prices, avoiding errors and further phone calls to inquire about the actual total of each order.
- Dynamic PDF Catalog Generation: The ability to generate PDF catalogs from the admin panel with the items that each customer is interested in and their special prices.
- Personalized Product Lists: Users can create lists of favorite products and with one click, add them to their cart, which proves to be especially useful for repeat orders in the B2B sector.
- Order Creation from Excel for B2B: Knowing the need for corporate clients to handle large volumes of orders in an automated way, we offered the ability to import an Excel file with all their orders. This allows for the immediate transfer of large volumes of orders to the eshop, without the need for individual product entry. It is a feature that not only saves time but also avoids errors that may occur during manual entry.
